Shipping Limits

Treadmillpartszone.com ships orders anywhere in the United States and its territories. We also ship to Canada. Based on manufacturer’s limitations, some products may have limited availability in some areas.  

Shipping Rates

All Used or Remanufactured Parts are shipped at a Flat Rate of $ 4.99

All parts less than 1 pound are shipped at a flat rate of $ 4.99

All other shipping rates shall be determined by weight, size, delivery option(s) and delivery location.

Customer Guarantee

All walking belts have a 1 (one) year guarantee and all remanufactured or used electrical parts have a 90 day guarantee. All products we ship are warranted by their respective manufacturer, most come with a maximum 30 day warranty. We freely provide refunds for products that are returned to us in their original, new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once parts have been installed, they are non-refundable. E-mail us at info@treadmillpartszone.com with requests for refunds on any service you have received. Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid unless there has been an error in shipment. Any returns made without the invoice number on the packaging or returned with postage due will be refused. Any warranty that we administer does not include shipping charges.

Return Policy

We attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship the next business day for all orders received by midnight EST.  Due to drop shipment requirements of some purchases, some U.S. and Canadian orders may require additional lead times before an order ships. On Canadian orders, prices include the product and shipping. Brokerage, customs, duties, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.

You may return your product in new condition for a refund of the item price within 30 days of the dated invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please write your invoice number on the outside of the packaging and it will serve as your return number. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice as well as any instructions to the return dept. If your purchase was drop shipped and arrived directly from a manufacturer do not return it to the manufacturer. Many do not accept returns and you may not be issued credit. Please put insurance on your shipment. We are not

responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments. Package your return carefully to avoid damage. Credit card payments will be refunded via a credit that will appear on your statement upon a successful return.
